You’re tired of overthinking, ready for clarity, and want to make decisions from emotional truth rather than pressure. You’re at a life transition or identity shift and ready to be truly seen for who you are, not who you think you should be.
Through one-on-one sessions, we’ll explore your goals, challenges, and what you’re longing for. You’ll gain clarity, identify obstacles, and develop actionable strategies. I provide accountability, encouragement, and feedback to keep you focused and motivated. By incorporating mindfulness and the P.E.A.C.E. approach, you’ll navigate your transition with confidence and direction.
Clients have access to support between sessions via text, email, and occasional check-in calls. I typically respond within 2-4 business hours. You may also opt for regularly scheduled check-ins or accountability messages for an additional fee, subject to my availability.
We meet via Zoom, providing a convenient and comfortable platform for sessions from your own space.
Each session is approximately 60-75 minutes. Duration may vary slightly based on our discussion topics.

You can end our coaching engagement at any time. A week’s notice is helpful for a final review and closure session, but the decision is ultimately yours.
